West Coast Co-Territory Manager

When challenges come up (because they always do), we need someone who stays solutions-focused and keeps things moving in the right direction.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth – Manage the full sales cycle, grow existing accounts, and prospect new business.

✈️ Travel & Inside Sales – Balance in-person client visits and inside sales, keeping everything running smoothly.

📢 Client Engagement & Follow-Up – Be a trusted partner, ensure satisfaction, and find new opportunities.

🤝 Team Collaboration – Work closely with your co-territory manager, strategizing for maximum impact.

📈 Performance & Lead Management – Work warm, cold, and hot leads, track progress in our CRM, and hit key goals.

🎯 What We Expect:

🔹 15+ meaningful client calls per week (including Zooms).

🔹 12-15 scheduled meetings + drop-ins per travel trip.

🔹 Client emails responded to within 3 hours (during business hours).

🔹 Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
