Sock101 is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Kansas/Missouri area who will work and collaborate with a Territory Sales Representative and Regional Sales Manager to manage a book of business and grow accounts in a designated geographic territory. This position will work out of our Lee’s Summit, MO headquarters.


Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Sock 101, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring each customer's experience is outstanding. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support our customers with their inquiries, issues, and requests via phone or email.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues and answering questions.

  • Provide product/service information and educate customers on our offerings.

  • Process orders

  • Document and maintain customer records in our CRM system (Netsuite).

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Identify and report customer feedback and trends to improve our products and services.

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services and industry trends.

  • Answer inbound phone calls.

  • Maintain positive relationships with internal Sock101 team members (marketing, sales, warehouse, customer service).

  • Stay informed on all communications and training to ensure accurate protocols are followed.

  • Participate in other related duties and projects as the supervisor or manager assigns.
